Choose from two options: the 3-pack of 10, 20, and 25mm diameter tubes with a support ring, or a single 20mm sausage stuffer with a sausage horn support ring. These attachments, often referred to as tubes, pipes, funnels, or stuffers, are specifically designed for use with the Ankarsrum Original kitchen machine and its Meat Grinder/Food Mincer attachment. The Sausage Horns Attachment securely attaches to the machine, ensuring reliable and efficient sausage-making.

Preparing your homemade sausages is a breeze with the suggested usage guidelines. Begin by preparing your sausage mixture, similar to how you would grind meat or vegetables. Attach the sausage horn support ring, followed by the sausage stuffer/horn and the locking screw. Place the Assistent on its side and position the sausage casing on the horn.

Set the machine to low speed and fill the mill with your sausage mixture. As the sausage is filled, feed it into the casing. Twist the casing every six inches or so to separate the sausages. If any air gets trapped in the sausage, simply stop the machine and carefully push the air out using the tracks on the sausage horn.
