The Casteline 11" Non-Stick Frying pan is perfect for larger cooking needs. It is perfect for eggs, and cooking delicate fish. Its Exceliss coating is dishwasher safe and lasts longer than other coatings. Exceliss non-stick coating is PFOA free. The Exceliss non-stick coating is applied to Cristel traditional stainless steel products. The coating is applied in three successive layers, which guarantee both the toughness of the coating and its non-stick performance. The first two layers are notably reinforced by "titanium" particles allowing a much better resistance to abrasion. It is made in France and comes with a 10 year warranty. Wooden or silicone utensils are recommended.
