Its Exceliss coating is dishwasher safe and lasts longer than other coatings. Exceliss non-stick coating is PFOA free. The Exceliss non-stick coating is applied to Cristel traditional stainless steel products. The coating is applied in three successive layers, which guarantee both the toughness of the coating and its non-stick performance. The first two layers are notably reinforced by "titanium" particles allowing a much better resistance to abrasion. It is made in France and comes with a 10 year warranty. Wooden or silicone utensils are recommended. The 4 quart Casteline Wok is perfect for stir frying, and braising. It is also great for making scrambled eggs and delicate fish dishes. This wok is great for cooking larger quantities and entertaining.
