The Swiss Diamond XD series features a reinforced nonstick surface (real diamonds in a high quality composite) which provides years of trouble-free cooking and easy clean-up. Its extra thick, cast aluminum body with a perfectly-flat base will not tip/spin or warp as it provides uniform heat distribution. The rivet-free cooking surface provides maximum protection against bacteria while the comfortable, ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop. Oven safe to 500°F (260°C).

With a cooking depth of approximately 2.4 inches, this piece is the ideal size for easy stirring and fits comfortably on an oven rack allowing room for other bake ware. The tempered glass lid is clear to prevent overcooking and has reinforced stainless-steel rims for added durability. A sliding lever in the knob opens for optional venting.
