Featuring a steam vent that can be opened and closed to release or contain steam, this 8 x 8 inch (20x20 cm) glass lid is made of durable tempered glass. It is created to cover the Swiss Diamond Square Saute Pan, both induction and standard models. This universal lid will also fit any 20cm square pan, although a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed except with Swiss Diamond products. The cover's stainless steel rim provides a close fit. It can be used in the oven up to 260 C (500 F). As with any glass item, please avoid exposing it to thermal shock, including putting a hot lid under cold water.
