Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick - The New Standard in Top-Quality Nonstick
The Swiss Diamond XD series features a reinforced nonstick surface (real diamonds in a high-quality composite) which provides years of trouble-free cooking and easy clean-up. Its extra thick, cast aluminum body with a perfectly flat base will not tip/spin or warp as it provides uniform heat distribution. The rivet-free cooking surface provides maximum protection against bacteria while the comfortable, ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop. Oven safe to 500°F (260°C).
The Swiss Diamond 8" x 8" (20x20 cm) Square Saute Pan for induction cooktops allows you to sear like stainless steel without the messy clean-up! The pan itself is square, but the accurately trimmed bottom is round to fit the typical stove eye. The tempered glass lid is clear to prevent overcooking and has reinforced stainless-steel rims for added durability. A sliding lever in the knob opens for optional venting.
