Tri-Ply

Three layers of metal are seamlessly bonded together - bottom layer of stainless steel, a mid layer of aluminum and top layer of stainless steel alloy with superior thermal conductivity. This fry pan has a 6 mm aluminum sandwich base for fast even heating. The hollow tubular handle resists heat transfer and is secured to pan with offset rivets.
